Mindful Self-Compassion can be a powerful tool for actors, offering a unique approach to nurturing and enhancing mental well-being. This online 7-week course is designed to be taken at your own pace and to empower actors with the skills and strategies needed to cultivate Self-Compassion, leading to a more authentic and resilient approach to their craft and life.

With extensive experience in the Acting Industry across television, theatre, radio, film, commercials, and voice-over, after completing my BA in Acting at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama - I bring a unique perspective enriched by my fascination with human motivations and behaviour. Trained in Mindfulness with a focus on compassion and psychology, I recently earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Aberdeen. My expertise lies in understanding the human mind and emotions, blending seamlessly with my creative and acting skills. My recent research project on a six-week Self-Compassion intervention has inspired a tailored course for actors, reflecting my commitment to supporting professionals in the industry.
